Norfolk's experienced staff includes Environmental Scientists, Environmental Managers and a team of Professional Engineers that is registered and licensed in 14 states, with experience throughout the United States, Caribbean Basin and Eastern Europe. A leader in Massachusetts, Norfolk was one of the first environmental firms to employ Licensed Site Professionals (LSPs) under the Massachusetts Contingency Plan and Chapter 21E of the Massachusetts General Laws.

Mr. Bartlett serves as President of Norfolk Ram Group, LLC, working at the Company's Plymouth, Massachusetts office. Mr. Bartlett is responsible for overall company operations which include two primary practice areas: The Environmental Services Group which provides a full range of environmental assessment and remediation consulting, and Licensed Site Professional and engineering services; and the Civil Engineering Group which provides civil / environmental municipal consulting, civil site engineering, stormwater management and drainage design, wastewater treatment design, water supply / watershed consulting, solid waste engineering, land planning, land surveying, and environmental permitting. Mr. Bartlett has been a Registered Professional Engineer (Civil) in Massachusetts since 1981, and a Registered Toxic Use Reduction Planner (T.U.R.P., General Practice) in Massachusetts since 1998.

Mr. Moran has over 27 years of experience in environmental engineering and is a registered professional engineer in 11 states. He is a managing partner of Norfolk Ram Group, LLC with prior experience in both the private sector as an environmental consultant, regulatory experience with U.S. EPA, and design / construction experience with the US Army Corps of Engineers. His experience includes consulting and expert testimony on industrial waste and environmental problems. Mr. Moran previously developed hazardous waste programs for the U.S. EPA and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. With the Army Corps of Engineers, he managed Superfund (CERCLA) and Department of Defense hazardous waste remedial projects. In the private sector, Mr. Moran managed numerous projects involving ground water contamination investigations and remedial actions including remedial investigation/feasibility studies (RI/FS). Recently, he has been involved in environmental assessments and consulting in the Czech Republic for Western companies and the Czech Ministry of Privatization. Mr. Moran is an expert in the use of "Advanced Oxidation Processes" (AOPs) for destruction of organic contaminants in soil and groundwater for projects in the U.S. and Europe.

Mr. Salvetti is a Senior Associate with over 20 years of experience in environmental consulting. Mr. Salvetti is a soil and water scientist with a strong background in hydrogeology and geology. Mr. Salvetti manages remedial actions and serves as a Licensed Site Professional (LSP) for waste site cleanup activities pursuant to the Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP). Mr. Salvetti's areas of expertise include remedial investigations, assessment and remediation of residential and commercial petroleum releases, hydrogeologic studies relating to aquifer protection, septic system impacts, water supply development, and landfills. Mr. Salvetti is responsible for groundwater contamination investigations, feasibility analysis, geologic evaluation, testing and design of remedial measures. Mr. Salvetti has managed site assessments for several large multi-national petroleum corporations and has supervised the preparation of site assessment summaries with recommendations for remedial action. Mr. Salvetti has also supervised the design and installation of groundwater recovery and treatment systems.
