Norfolk Ram engineers consult with local municipal boards including Planning, Zoning, Health, Conservation and Water Commission to provide engineering plan review and consulting services, including the following peer review services:
- Proposed subdivisions and site plans
- Stormwater and wastewater treatment
- 40b projects
- Environmental assessment and remediation projects
- Landfill activity and landfill inspections
Norfolk Ram provides a professional second opinion that consists of an engineer's report to the board with conclusions and recommendations for improvements given site characteristics or regulatory requirements. Norfolk Ram has a dedicated staff of professionals experienced in providing services in the areas of civil engineering, sanitation (both water and wastewater), surveying, wetlands and hydrology, and environmental science including hydro-geology. Our senior staff has significant experience, not only working with and for various town boards and committees, but also serving as both elected and appointed members of town boards and committees. Senior members of our staff serve or have served on their home town planning board, conservation commission, board of health, and various study committees (such as for water or wastewater planning).
Norfolk provides a wide range of services to meet the environmental and engineering challenges faced by municipalities. For a complete list of these services, please visit our Government & Municipal services page.
