Twin Pines Farm, Plymouth, MA

Twin Pines Farm is a twenty unit condominium project located in Plymouth, Massachusetts that is subject to Massachusetts General Law Chapter 40b for approval as an "affordable housing" project. Norfolk is currently in the process of providing final design and permitting assistance for the site. Norfolk's role includes the design of parking and pedestrian access to the residents, on-site subsurface sewage disposal, landscaping, playground, utility design, stormwater management and site features. The site will be fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act, contain walking trails, utilize native plantings, and implement some low impact development techniques (bioretention) for stormwater management.
