Brownfields Redevelopment

Norfolk Ram has extensive experienced at conducting Phase I, II and III Environmental Site Assessments to satisfy requirements of the U.S. EPA Brownfields Assistance program. Norfolk Ram was also involved in the first Brownfields project under the state of Massachusetts "covenant not to sue" program. The firm maintains relationships with regulators and can translate detailed knowledge of the regulation into successful outcomes for our clients redeveloping properties under the program. The firm has experience with the requirements and preparation of Quality Assurance Project Plans (QAPPs) as required by the U.S. EPA.
