Over the next five years, many municipalities must comply with the EPA’s NPDES Phase II Stormwater requirements. Norfolk Ram assists operators of small municipal stormwater sewer systems (MS4’s) in urbanized areas and with operation of small construction sites to comply with the NPDES Phase II permit requirements. This includes assistance in developing Best Management Practices (BMPs) to manage stormwater runoff, as required by the permit and performing stormwater sampling and reporting.
